Polish couple ....DUPED by compatriot builder

RECENTLY INSPECTED WAS A REFURBISHED FLAT IN WEST LONDON, BOUGHT BY A POLISH COUPLE WHO PUT THIER MONEY AND FAITH IN BUILDERS FROM THE HOME COUNTRY.

there were no contracts, no specification, no shedule...the builder offered a discount for cash (NO VAT)...and wanted 80% of the money up front...

alarm bells should have been ringing...but the builder talked the talk and our clients fell for the charm.

in the end ...the property is partially unfinished and poorly finished...client has handed all the money , builder wants more to finish the work

and cleint is not happy with the works that have been done

its unfortunatley not an uncommon story...so beware of cheap jobs and make sure you have a contract
